Please book the surgery date. Dr Patrice Langlois will get in touch with you to confirm.

• Time slots must be booked 3 months in advance.
• A minimum of four hours will be charged for one day.
• No fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled at least two weeks before the surgery. In the event of cancellation less than two weeks in advance, a fee of $500 per day cancelled will be charged.
